This AO has a flavor of its own!
Unlike our other South Strand locations, this site welcomes fathers, grandfathers, and guardians to bring their 2.0s (AKA kids — young and old) along for the fun.
We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute light workout that's structured to include the kids. (We have 2.0's as young as 4 with us. So obviously this isn't prep work for your next Tough Mudder.)
Afterward, stick around for some quality time on the beach — second F and fun activities.
Bring your own:
Refreshments, surfboards, footballs, fishing poles, and anything else you'd like to tote along for the ride.
